Rooms & Suites

Boswenna Bed & Breakfast offers one room type: the Superior King Room, a spacious accommodation with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. This room has a private entrance, ensuring guests come and go without passing through common areas. The large king bed is accompanied by thick bathrobes, fluffy towels, and a bathroom with M&S branded toiletries including body lotion.

Amenities & Extra Touches

This St Ives bed and breakfast provides free private parking, a rare find in this coastal town where street parking is limited. Inside the Superior King Room, guests find fresh flowers, Cornish shortbread biscuits, and a mini fridge with fresh milk and apple juice. The property is non-smoking throughout and offers luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures.

Location & Surroundings

Boswenna is set 500 m from Carbis Bay Beach and 1 km from Porthminster Beach, with Porthkidney Beach 2 km away. St Ives town centre is a 20-minute walk downhill along a tarmac path, or guests can take a taxi back from town. Tate St Ives is 2 km away, and both St Michael's Mount and Minack Theatre are within 30 km.

Garden & Outdoor Spaces

A large patio window looks across a beautiful garden, and the room includes outdoor furniture on a private patio. The garden view is a key feature, noted by guests as more impressive than photos show. Boswenna also provides golf umbrellas for rainy days and secure private parking just off the road.
